(December 22, 2019, 8:48 pm)These guys are amazing. I’ll forever buy makita because of them. I had a drill for just over 3 years and it had just gone out of warranty when it randomly just died. Not only did it die though, it fried my battery. Thinking it was a dead battery I tossed a charged one in there and it fried that one too. I went in and they immediately gave me new batteries. Not only that but an upgraded version since mine were a tad older, but not past the 3 years.
After leaving my drill there for a couple months (they kept going back to the rep for me) they ended up swapping it out. The drill I got was a very heavy duty drill and they had only seen one other break ever. And that guy dropped his 3 stories. My electronics inside fried somehow, not even wear. They ended up getting me a new drill after it, love these guys. -

(May 21, 2019, 3:07 pm)I have had 2 Makita drills for years that are used a lot. When they finally needed repair work, I called the Makita Service Center in Denver. They were super-friendly, good communicators, and had very fair prices for repairing my drills. I dropped off 2 Makita drills for repairs. The service team there had the drills repaired in less than 24 hours & for VERY reasonable prices. For the cost of one new individual drill without accessories, I got both of my drills full repaired with new brushes, new drill chucks and other parts. One of the techs even took a few minutes to explain some of the settings on the drills, and when to use them. Great job Makita Service Center Denver.

(April 29, 2019, 7:03 pm)Just got my 20 year old battery powered Makita hand drill fixed here for $19. Well worth getting it fixed instead of throwing it away and buying new. Too much today in society is throw away quality. The repair techs workbenches are right their up front and you can see them working. It took about a week to get the repair done. Service was good.
