Instructors and presenters are always professional and on time. I would highly recommend them to help with your corporate wellness needs.
(September 14, 2018, 10:48 am)Mile High Fitness has been coming to our school site for more than a year to run fitness classes, both yoga and kickboxing. The instructors have been great, and our staff loves the convenience of having fitness classes available to them at a great price after work. It's helped me to lose weight and fit in exercise as a working mom with a 2 year old. I help to set up the classes at my school site with Mile High administration and they have always been professional and highly responsive.
