  Great customer service on person, don't try online or over the phone though, oh my god it's a nightmare! Only in person, which sucks with covid but I spent 4 days trying to do something they fixed at the store in minutes. So these stars are for the store and its employees not sprint

  I needed a screen replacement today. With all the social distancing expectations on a busy Sunday afternoon the staff were all friendly and helpful. My phone was ready at the designated time I was given, so convenient. Also there was an issue with my phone backing. The backing broke while the tech was doing my repair and it had to be replaced with the wrong color back, which made the whole transaction free of charge. Great service all around.

  This Sprint store was out of parts. Service was great here. I had to go Thornton Repair store for parts. They told me they only doing critical repairs only. Just a heads up if they tell this go to Sprint Store Thornton at High Point Shopping Center. This Srore i explained them the shortage of parts this store had. Thornton Store order parts and repaired the phone less then a week. Either way i appreciate Sprint being there.

  This store is conveniently located off Quebec, not too far from I-70, lots of parking, large inventory. They greeted us when we walked in, the service was slow but they were good once they got to us. Nice open space, lots of inventory all the latest products, phones, computers, watches, speakers.
