It has been such a great experience working with Megan! I’ve had such bad neck, jaw, shoulder, and back pain for years since an accident. I had no idea my tongue could be the root cause of this. Working together with her and my other teams (including tongue tie release and osteopathy) has given me the first real relief in years! Megan took the time to get to know me and my problems and developed a treatment plan for me. She was great about explaining exercises and adjusting my plan based on my needs. I loved the flexibility of remote visits too. Definitely recommend!
Megan is an amazing & lovely person as well as a wonderful myofunctional therapist. She tailors the exercises to your individual needs, and really helps make sure you are getting them right for your ultimate success. She was so positive throughout the process and made me feel like I wasn't going through the whole process alone. I had tried myofunctional therapy on my own before, using just a DVD guide, and it really didn't work for me at all. Working with Megan, (paired with a tongue tie release) I was finally able to improve my swallow to a functional swallow rather than the tongue thrust I had had since I was a child. Thank you so much Megan for all of your help!

Megan has really changed my life- I feel very blessed to have been referred to her, because her knowledge led me down many "rabbit holes" about my health and well being. The skills and information I have learned from her will greatly impact the way my body functions for the rest of my life! I feel better and better every day that I practice her recommendations. And I love that I can call on her in the future, even though my course of learning from her is over. I couldn’t recommend anybody any higher to work with concerning myofunctional therapy. Megan was always prepared, thorough and communicated concepts clearly. She made the process smooth and I know that I am swallowing properly, my tongue is where it is suppose to be and I am breathing through my nose. Megan also shows concern and interest into other aspects of her patients lives. She did this for me and it opened doors that have vastly improved my quality of life.
