(December 13, 2018, 8:33 pm)I've been going here for about 6 months. It is a great environment if you want to practice some healthy and well instructed yoga, without a lot of pretentiousness. I really appreciated the guided meditation (nidra) classes they offer too!

They have great class time availability for me (early morning before work), and they promote a positive environment centered around community. I truly enjoy going there, as it sets the tone for me to have my best days!

There are a wide variety of class times, which is convenient, but the true greatness of the studio comes from its teachers and its community. Better Buzz makes yoga personal and it starts to feel like home after awhile. The classes will also kick your butt!

(November 13, 2018, 4:11 pm)I've been coming to BBY since I moved to Denver in October of 2017, when they were freshly open. I have felt welcomed and a part of their yoga community since I started. They offer challenging, thoughtful, sweaty classes-and let you make it your own-which all make for the perfect yoga studio. Would absolutely recommend if you're looking for an intimate heated yoga studio with great flow classes!
