  We live in a house with 80 year old plumbing. Eric and Andrei were up to the task of replacing all the drains in our bathroom. They thought it might be a relatively easy job but ended up chipping their way through four inches of concrete to get the old pipes out. They remained cheerful throughout the whole process, and their ingenuity and perseverance were amazing. We would recommend Eric and Andrei for any plumbing need. Dr. Fixit is a company that has been reliable and fair during all the years we have been requesting service from them.

  Flexible scheduling includes evening hours, which was very much appreciated so I didn't have to waste a personal day waiting around for a contractor to show up. Terrific communication and coordination throughout the process too, so there weren't any surprises.

  I called Dr. Fix It on a snowy morning with a leaky water heater. I had just recently moved into an older home that needed much done. Adam arrived we talked about all of the work I wanted done as well as the water heater replacement. The next day it was Dr. Fix It to the rescue. I had 3 trucks and a car out front the next morning to get started. New water heater, new piping for the house, new heater venting and ended up with a new dryer vent. All of these guy's, Adam, Walter, Tim, Chris and Jim worked tirelessly for days to get all this work done so I wouldn't have to leave my home. ALL the work, and I mean ALL the work, was done professionally and with great pride. All the guy's were up front, honest and friendly. I felt comfortable with their work through the entire job. The city inspector said it was some of the best work he had ever seen! Not only will I recommend them to others, I will be bringing them back for more work in the future. Thank you to the Dr. Fix It team for several jobs well done!!
