(March 6, 2019, 10:48 am)It is worth getting to the airport early and going to Concourse C to eat at Root Down, even if you are flying out of another concourse. The food is amazing, fresh, unique and should not be missed. The service is delightful. They’re main location is in Denver if you are spending time there.
(March 3, 2019, 12:56 pm)I think this may be the best airport restaurant I’ve ever been to. Evie did an excellent job and was very friendly. Seating was unique and effective with a great view. Menu options were very healthy and tasty. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Denver.
(February 6, 2019, 9:17 pm)Yes, I gave an airport restaurant five stars. I was told if I ever went to Denver airport to try root down and order the duck wings. When I sat down and looked at the menu, the wings weren't on there, but I asked the waitress and she said that they were offering it as a special. My lucky day because they were unbelievable. They even have some great sours on tap, and the rest of the menu is pretty impressive. I usually don't like restaurants inside the airport but this one did it right.
(January 6, 2019, 5:30 pm)Their beet down cocktail is SO good!! I have also had their never ever burger and it’s awesome. I love the pretzel buns. The second time we came here, the food took a long time to come out, but it was great because they gave us a discount which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this place - great drinks and great food. Great pass time while waiting for your flight!
