Lisa Ramirez-Miles was a heaven sent individual on 4/7/21. My 72 yr old father was traveling from Tucson to Denver, to Frankfurt and on the day of his travel the covid rapid test guidelines changed from 72 hours to 48hours. My father's negative covid test was done on 4/5/21, therefore he was not let on the airplane. He has a very limited knowledge of the English language, and after the UNITED staff dumped him on the Xpress Check without any explanation to him, Lisa was so kind and helpful. She took the time to help him understand the situation, guided my poor old father onto the UNITED counter after the very expensive $200 covid test, to receive his plane tickets for the following day. My 72 yr old father spend 26 hours at the airport, at the Gate with the UNITED staff being rude and unhelpful, but thanks to Lisa, he was set for his flight with a new covid test, his tickets in hand, his phone charged and a renew light into the humanity of other individuals. I do not know this lady, but I so much appreciate her kindness and helpfulness with my elderly father. THANK YOU Lisa for being an outstanding human being and having such a wonderful patience with customers who are frustrated and feel helpless!
