My first visit Associates of Otolaryngology was great. Making an appointment to check-in was quick and easy. The office called, texted and emailed appointment reminders, which I appreciated. Parking and finding the office was easy. Dr. Cutler and his staff were friendly, courteous and professional. He was clear and concise explaining my options and his recommended plan of action. I feel confident being in their care.

Dr. Cutler has changed my life. He is very caring, professional and thorough. His skill and knowledge has made the whole experience comforting and gives me complete and total confidence. I have never met a Doctor who takes my care as serious as he has. Dr. Picernio is also very caring and reassuring and puts the patient first. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable,

I had been sick and in bed for several months. Each emergency room and doctor I went to said I had a different problem. I was able to get into see doctor Lipkin and it took him 15 minutes to find I had cyst in my nose canal, throat and needed my adenoids and tonsils out. A week later I had everything removed, I’m 4 weeks post op and I could hug these guys. I feel much better. Again it took him 15 minutes to find what 3 emergency rooms, 2 doctors and 3 urgent cares couldn’t figure out. He also helped me understand that I was pretty sick from all the antibiotics each doctor kept putting me on, I’m recovering from that.
