I absolutely love this studio! The owner, Kim, and all the instructors are so nice and helpful. I’m always amazed that they remember my name even if I haven’t been to class in a while. The classes provide the perfect amount of challenge and they just fly by. They also offer outdoor Pilates in the park. Highly recommend!

I'm so impressed by this pilates studio! As a newbie, I was definitely intimidated, but their warm and welcoming staff have quickly made me feel at home! With all the uncertainty with covid, they have been able to provide online videos and classes, as well as given me the opportunity to have one on one instruction in studio all while maintaining appropriate distancing and cleanliness. I definitely recommend some one on one sessions with Amy for anyone interested in trying pilates!

I LOVE the Pilates Studio! They have wonderful instructors, low prices, and a sunny studio.

I initially came to The Pilates Studio because it was on ClassPass and I liked the studio so much that I wound up cancelling ClassPass and joining The Pilates Studio!

The studio is clean and well-lit. The equipment is great and they have 7 spots for group classes and a private studio for private lessons. 7 feels like the perfect number. I've been to classes where there were only two other reformers and I felt like I was under a microscope. I've also been to studios with 15 or more reformers and felt like the instructor wasn't able to give me much attention.

The Pilates Studio has reformers, mats, chairs, springboards, and more which allow the instructors to keep classes interesting. I find at The Pilates Studio, I use a wider variety of equipment that I have at other studios which is nice - it means I target a wider variety of muscles - some I didn't even know I had! After each class, they ask you to spray and wipe down your equipment and they use a natural, nice-smelling cleaner.

Classes tend to fill up quickly but when you book, you can book a standing session so you don't have to log in each week to book your classes. Also, they use a wait-list and most times I've signed up for the wait-list, I've been able to join the class! They have their own App and use the Mind Body website and App for scheduling which means you can book from an App on your phone. It integrates with your phone calendar and can send reminders; it's seamless! I appreciate the class times they have during the week. For the after-work crowd, they have a 4p or a 5p on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a 4:30 and 5:30 on Mondays and Fridays. It's nice to be able to pick a time that works rather than having to try to get to a 4 every day. Sometimes 4:30 works better!

The prices at this studio are tough to beat! They are quite a bit lower than other studios I've been to and they run frequent specials for holidays, their anniversary, and more. Sign up for their emails to make sure you never miss a special!

I've been to classes taught by a handful of their instructors and each one is wonderful! Kim has the best way of explaining positions and where you should feel the burn. I'm always able to tell whether I'm doing the move correctly when I'm in Kim's class. Emily is so sweet and patient and knows everyone's name! I think she knew my name after me going one time! Wendy's makes her Cardio class fun but also gives you a total butt-kicking! I always leave on wobbly legs. I've seen Amy do a great job of instructing a mixed class of experienced Pilates students as well as newcomers. She was able to help those who needed extra instruction while keeping a nice pace for those who had more experience.

Tip: they have street parking which is never an issue for me but if you time it right and get there ~7 minutes before your class, the previous class will be done and you'll get a front row spot!
