The Henry Apartments

I’ve lived here for almost a month now and I’m still so glad I chose this building. Not only is the location amazing, the building and tenants are also great, but the staff is amazing!! Jazmin was my leasing agent and she went so far above and beyond to help me make sure I picked the apartment I’d love, she ensured my move in was smooth and has helped me with anything I’ve needed since then! Derek is also super amazing and I’ve heard great things from neighbors that worked with him. All the other staff members have been great too, Tyler, Mallory, Bryce. Just move here!

The Henry has been a fantastic place to live. But even before living here, I had a great experience and the people definitely made a difference in my final decision of where to live. Starting with the tour, guided by Derek, we were greeted with enthusiasm and sincerity (which I found lacking at a few other complexes that I toured). Derek took the time to specifically understand my needs and focus on apartments that were right for me - not just ones that fit in the budget. After exploring 5+ apartments, we felt the most comfortable with The Henry, its location, the management staff, the upcoming amenities, and the neighborhood. Our leasing process was seamless - coming from out of state, they made it easy to provide all the necessary documents and sign as needed. Since moving in, it has lived up to our expectations. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I've also appreciated the abundant of opportunities they have created to meet neighbors and become a community, rather than just a residence. Great place! Definitely check it out.

WOW! I couldn't be more impressed with this property and their team. I came in yesterday, said I needed to move in today or tomorrow, and Tyler made it happen within 24 hours. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience thus far! Tyler even cleaned my new place for me WITH a broken arm. You've got a great guy here for sure and a great place. Thanks!!!

My wife and I were given a tour by Derek a couple of weeks ago. He was professional, personable and polite. We were unable to lease from the Henry because of a house sale, but were really impressed. The units are beautiful and the amenities are or will be great. Do not hesitate to lease from this property. I’ve experienced plenty of rude or unprofessional leasing staff, so rest assured that did not occur here.

Love being here! The game room is fantastic I could play shuffleboard all day here. The Henry gives me a great space to work from home. The area has amazing restaurants I can walk to anything I need!
