  Velosoul consistently has a fast turn around time on excellent service. The shop is very knowledgeable about gravel and adventure cycling, and have an excellent lineup of bikes, tires, and accessories for that purpose.

  Came here to get my wheels trued. The issue was mostly with the tire, not the rim. Long story short: they quoted me a reasonable price over the phone but then I ended up paying less when I went to pick them up. Really nice, informative, and fair group of dudes in here. Will be coming back here for any future bike maintenance needs. Thanks guys!

  I've bought two bikes from Velosoul: one in July and one in September of 2017. The quality of the product has been everything I expected, but what has far exceeded my expectations is the excellent customer service. This is the sort of place that maintains lifelong customers because of their intense dedication to their craft and community. They will set you up with a bike that is just right for you and help you achieve all your cycling-related goals. All the employees are experts who deal equally well with seasoned veterans and first-time bikers.

  Great shop so far.. been twice, gal was very knowledgeable - liked that there was also a woman on staff. I grew tired of going to Turin and not knowing what bi-polar personalities I had to deal with on any given day. I will Def return my biz here!
