Very helpful employees. He directed me and my husband to the exact drawer as to which we got the correct screws needed for our home project.

We rented a stump grinder and the blades were dull. I called the store and request a discount. When my husband returned it they didn’t offer any compensation just made a note of the full blades. We will not be renting from there again.

Update: the manager called me and apologized for not addressing the issue when my husband brought back the stump grinder. If we need to rent the stump grinder in the future it will be discounted.

We found a beautiful array of plants and baskets at Hahn's. The employees in the plant department were helpful and very personable. We have a special "begonia corner" where the rose-tinted yellow begonia we chose will be stunning. We are very pleased with our experience.

Jack was beyond helpful!! He helped us find everything we needed and even helped me find my husband! Thank you Jack for going above and beyond! Truly great service, we just moved to Hartford and we will for sure be back!

This place has been great to work with for mower service, especially Brian and Wyatt in service department. Had a hard to diagnose issue that occured after 45-60 mins of mowing. After taking a bunch of time to diagnose over a couple tries, they were able to get parts ordered for quick turn around. Will be going here for any mower needs in the future new or repairs.

Have had Fritz chamber multiple barrels and they always shoot great. Great work and great customer service. Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!!
