Margi was so helpful during the booking process and answered any questions we had along the way. Margi is very resourceful, knowledgeable and was able to guide us in the right direction when deciding which resort would be a good fit for us. She kept us up to date as our flights changed and we decided last minute to spa appointments and she scheduled them without hesitation.
