(June 8, 2021, 10:36 pm)We by chance stayed here. We were on our way home from a Colorado trip and got a flat right behind this hotel. Since my cars service center was closed, and I had to have it towed there, it was easier to just stay where we were. My goodness, Christen/Kristen was on a double that day and she made our stay the best I can ever remember. We had out two dogs with us and she took care of everything. Stored our luggage, offered is the first available room, and made sure we had what we needed. Also just let us vent a little with some friendly conversation. She was also there the next morning too... I hope she is nominated employee of the month! The room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and allowed is to unwind after our second flat tire on our trip...with a new car 😖 I cannot recommend this hotel more!

Our car broke down on the road passing this hotel so we ended up staying a night here while we had to wait to get the repair. The front desk staff person, Kristen, was so amazingly compassionate and helpful in getting us an early check-in with the perfect room for us and our dogs, and with storing our belongings as we picked up a rental car. The room was comfortable and had lots of space and amenities. It was perfect for our dogs as it was quiet and they tend to bark at every little noise. This was definitely the best experience I've ever had at any hotel: thanks for making a difficult experience much more manageable!!!
