First time going to this clinic and i am very happy with the service! Staff was great, organized and friendly, everything was explained to me easily, eye exam was fast and the doctor was very dedicated to get a precise result for my prescription, everyone working there have a good energy and friendly touch. Definitely will recommend this clinic to friends and family.

This is my new eye care home! I felt welcomed and very taken care of. I was impressed with the whole team’s professionalism, kindness and the new technology used to properly assess my health. This office even went above and beyond by repairing my old glasses without me even asking. I would highly recommend this optometry practice. The care and service I received here was probably one of the best I have had for eye care! I came at the very end of their day and was the last appointment to be received. Usually at the end of a shift people are tired or you feel like they are in a hurry to get you out but not at Dr. Spex! Everyone was super friendly and genuinely kind. Eye exams in general can feel rushed or like you aren't doing the exam fast enough choosing between which fame is clearer or worse. Dr. Won was friendly and encouraging during each frame we went through. I never once felt like I was making the wrong decision on which frame was clearer, or feeling like I was second guessing myself. I appreciate that the team gave me time to pick out glasses an give genuine feedback on what worked great for my facial features. Genia was fantastic and helped me feel comfortable trying new frame styles. It's the friendliness of this office that makes me want to come back again.
