(June 21, 2018, 11:16 am)This is a great place for children to be introduced to karate. My 4 year old daughter was excited to try martial arts and the Senseis/Instructors here are great for that. Both are patient but consistent. It's a good balance of fun and discipline.

I have improved physically and mentally, and have developed confidence, discipline, and wonderful relationships along the way. It is awesome to be surrounded by such skilled teachers and friendly peers. I am incredibly thankful for the changes that Karate and the Colorado Budokan have inspired me to make in my life.
