By far the most professional staff I’ve had the pleasure of working with and the grounds are immaculate. Absolutely no issues from our initial visit to the move out process. If my boyfriend and I remained in Denver, without question, would have signed another year.
Pros
- added security of entering building, then your apartment
- two washer and dryers located at end of hall on each floor
- spacious kitchen with functional appliances
- quiet neighbors (95% of the time)
- absurd amount of storage available (especially for a minimalist)
- gorgeous pool view (for one side of the building)
- packages delivered right to your door
Cons
- large parties on the weekend during summer months around pool area (until dusk generally), didn’t actually use pool and noise a bit excessive at times
- cigarette smoking noticeable on the first floor (sometimes)
As quite a few discussed the plumbing - I personally never found an issue with this. Maintenance was noted clearly with sufficient notice and typically handled during ‘normal’ business hours, 8a-5p. I’m more impressed the team continued regular maintenance rather than wait for a major issue to occur. Saying that though, I do remember a leaking incident on the first floor, but even this was handled quickly.
Thank you Prescott for an excellent two years! You are now the standard by which I judge future apartments. -

(May 5, 2019, 9:53 am)I’ve lived here almost five years and been very satisfied. My experience with the office and maintenance staff has been excellent. I have had few complaints, and those were readily addressed. Nice amenities, especially considering the reasonable rent. Scheduled use of the community room is free of charge. Good neighbors. Great place.
