My experience with the receptionists has always been really friendly and helpful. I've always been able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. I could understand if some of the receptionists are friendly and some are not.
It was useful to know to bring a checkbook- that probably contributed to my feeling satisfied.
The doctors were competent, and the older Dr. Monheit was really friendly. Honestly, I don't understand why there are such negative reviews.
This is a great place with fine medical doctors. The bad reviews are ridiculous and incorrect. No they do not take credit cards, but if you can't scrape a dollar out of your car or purse then I think that's the real underlying issue. Seriously
