He is knowledgeable about the issues with which bariatric clients struggle, and he constantly researches new studies and shares his findings with his clients. Geof believes each client needs to take charge of their own lives, armed with knowledge about fitness, nutrition, and positive ways of living. He bestows this upon all who are willing to accept it. And, Geof is not only knowledgeable, caring, and motivating, but he also has a great sense of humor, and is fun to talk and joke with. I consider Geof to be one of the most important people on my team. With him, I will be a winner.

This place is awesome. The owner is especially interested in making community for bariatric surgery patients so they can be supported before and especially after surgery in being physically fit. I love the orange color and chill vibe.
