The order of flautas comes with 4 of them, it can be mixed or all with the same ingredient: potatoes, chorizo, chicken or desebrada (shredded beef). The side can either be beans or potatoes. I opted for the beans. To add to the flautas, the garnishments are quite tasty and it does really bring out a unique flavor.
