I called A Reliable Plumbing on Saturday, because we had a noise in our pipes in the garage. Matthew explained what he thought the sound was and asked me to video it and send it to him. I did, then he face-timed me to look at it better. He correctly determined it had to do with my sprinklers and told me who to call. He said he didn't want to waste my time and money by having him come out, if it was the sprinkler issue. He was recommended by my neighbor and I will continue to recommend him.
I called the office and the lady was really nice and helpful. I asked if they could quote a job over the phone. I needed a toilet replaced and she gave me a low to high estimate, which I really appreciated. They are fair priced. The plumber who came was very respectful and knowledgeable. I will use them in the future for sure.
I called them because we had a toilet leaking. They came within a couple of hours and repaired it. I thought we needed a new one, but Matt was honest and said it was okay. Wow! Refreshing to have someone so honest. A few weeks later we needed a new backflow to pass inspection. They scheduled it right away and performed the work. Very professional. We will be using them from now on.
I am elderly so I am on a fixed income. I needed my toilet repaired and was worried because of the expense. When I called them, they said not to worry and that they would take care of it for me. They came that same morning and gave me a discount on their services. Very nice people. And, fixed it quickly. I recommend them!
