A Basic Cremation

During those hard times there are always so many decisions to make and you can feel lost and frustrated. A Basic Cremation and the folks working there were the absolute best. Helped me in ways I didn’t know I even needed. I can’t say enough good things about A Basic Cremation and the staff. If you’ve lost a loved one and are looking a cremation give them a call.

They handled the cremation of my brother and mother within a year of each other. Since the rest of the family lives out of state they took charge and made it very easy for us. I highly recommend their services.

My experience overall was good - the price can't be beat if you're not looking for extras, my rep communicated well, and I was generally pleased with how everything ended up. There was a moment that made me wonder during a difficult time though. We dropped off cloths for my father and the gentleman who answered the door asked what size his boots were, stating that they looked liked his size. I'm not accusing this man of anything but when you're worried about your loved one and mourning, comments like that make you feel conflicted. Otherwise, I would recommend.

Very quick and professional. Had some difficulty sending.in information since I only had a telephone and not a computer. But I was helped through it and they were very professional and I appreciated the kindness that everyone showed. I also appreciated the grieving text that were sent to me I also appreciated the low cost since I had my mother and brother dying within one month of each other
