During the lowest point in my life, Tulip was there to help support me and treated my mother with the dignity and respect she deserved.

First, thank you for not taking advantage of people who are grieving. My dad suffered and passed away from cancer complications. My mother’s bills are absurd. Your company was thoughtful, kind, respectful and didn’t take advantage of my mother’s finances. The cremation process was easy and the services we needed were reasonably priced. The online process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The prices and services were listed clearly. Travis worked with us step by step and was in constant communication. I was impressed with this no-BS company who is professional and compassionate. We need more companies like this in the United States. Particularly, companies who DO NOT take advantage of people grieving. Death is big business. Companies take full advantage of those who are grieving and in pain. It’s disgusting. Tulip, is refreshing and safe. Working with Tulip was easy, no hidden fees, no weird packages, no random costs. Just basic human compassion and decency. I highly recommend Tulip. I know we are told to go straight to the mortuary and funeral companies. I strongly recommend that if you want cremation, go to Tulip. They are timely and forthright. Also, you aren’t pressured to have a funeral immediately. I called mortuaries before Tulip and was astounded how far they pushed me to get things done and how off put they were when I said “my mother is not ready to have a service yet”. In fact, they were nice when I called and changed personality quickly when I said we weren’t ready for a service. Which informed me their priorities are money based. Tulip is people based. Tulip cares about their costumers. We are taking our time with grieving for the loss of my father. Funerals are incredibly stressful. Take time to grieve your loved one. Tulip gave us that freedom without judgement. Also, they took care of getting the body from the hospital, took care of all the death certificates and notified us. I can’t say enough about Tulip. Except, thank you. Thank you for being a company that recognizes families are dealing with incredible loss and pain. Your compassion, professionalism, ability to get things accomplished in a timely manner and price for cremation were appreciated and noticed.

    Sincerely,
    Alexandra Trosper

They were very nice and understanding with my feelings. They were very thoughtful and let me know just how long it would take.
