To keep it simple I had taken a ring back from my ex and broken the engagement. Furious she did many things not only unknown to me but to me physically and mentally as well. Before I could escape the relationship she had me framed up in a domestic situation. 99 times out of 100 there is no innocence as far as the courts are concerned. There were four charges against of which none I committed. I had a first case female judge and my jury of six had 2 people affected heavily by DV and the female director for the women's Domestic Violence. The only thing I saw was bars. Ron knew the truth and with seamless representation walked through the trial like a fish swims. Not guilty on all counts.
Ron is truly a phenomenal attorney and well worth every penny. DV is a grave crime. If you committed any DV man or women you should have to face the consequences. If you are innocent then Ron is the man to hire

Mr. Podboy picked up my case halfway through the process as I prepared to go trial. I was in the middle of a divorce and a domestic case. Upon the first meeting with Ron, and getting him up to speed on the case, he knew the charges against me were false. When we went into the courtroom for the trial, his presence was felt by everyone in the room but especially the two district attorneys. After he debunked the lies they were saying, he moved on to my ex-wife and the arresting deputy. Ron had all of them trying to figure out which way was the closest exit to save themselves from further embarrassment. The jury deliberated for about 15 minutes and I think most of that was filling out the paperwork to say I was not guilty of anything. Ron's experience in the courtroom is unmatched. I hope I will never have to endure anything like this, but if I do Ron Podboy will be my first call.

I hired Ron back in January when I was falsely accused of domestic violence in Jefferson County. He attended every one of my court cases with determination and poise to bring me Justice. He also represented me in a Denver case and helped me get it dismissed after again being falsely accused of violation of a restraining order. After over 7 months of hearings and continuances, we went to trial on August 22, 2016. After arguing my case in court over 8 hours of testimony and just over 2 hours of jury deliberation, the jury returned a Not Guilty verdict on all counts. Ron and his office secretary were both very sensitive and extremely attentive over the course of the last 7 months with regard to my case. Phone calls and emails were promptly returned and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Obviously the outcome was favorable in my case and justice was served but I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a solid defense attorney based on his attentiveness alone.
