(June 19, 2019, 11:37 am)This place is amazing and I'm a better person because of it! I've been going to this gym since Feb 2019 and I've lost weight, gained some much need confidence, and have fallen in love with the sport of boxing all over again.
Coach Joaquin, Phil, and Luis actually care about you as an individual first which I really appreciate. There is no ego here and you're training with people who've competed and won in the golden gloves and other boxing competitions.
I know this might sound a little cliche but this place is more than a gym. It's a community of people who all just want to get better and make the community better.
Joaquin (the owner) is constantly working to improve the experience. Amidst the chaos he always finds ways to use every moment as a teaching moment. That goes for all the coaches and people who attend the gym as well.
TL;DR Join the gym. You'll be glad you did it. -

I initially just wanted my boys to be able to protect themselves, but now they love going because Joaquin makes it so fun and challenging. It’s also a great workout that complements their other sports too. Highly recommend his coaching.
