Just bought my Jeep Commander from GUIDO. He went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle. Easy to communicate with and made the buying experience really smooth. A few items needed to be fixed before I could take the vehicle. Eric stepped in and got a few items fixed on the vehicle that needed to get done. Great job guys. We would like to thank Eric Farley and the staff of A & A Auto of Denver. The buying experience was pleasant, no pressure, helpful staff and the buying process was smooth and enjoyable. We had a problem that was discovered, after we left the dealership. We called the dealership and the staff made arrangements for us to take the vehicle to their preferred service provider. Again, Eric and staff was helpful and welcoming. They provided us with another vehicle to use, until ours was repaired. This dealership and Eric Farley is very family oriented and welcomes active and retired military. They provide vehicles that are budget friendly and of a good value. Having a bit of buyer's remorse tonight which will hopefully be gone in the morning. We bought a 2007 Hummer H3 today from Paul. The whole buying experience was actually a lot of fun. Paul's a hoot. When I left the lot, my wife, who was following, noticed that the left turn signal and brake light were both out. It turned out to just be a bulb. The vehicle had a bit more hail damage than I noticed originally which was my fault. Bottom line is make sure you spend enough time to really give it a good look and maybe bring an impartial person with you to catch the less obvious issues.
I bought my Avalanche from Kim at A & A Auto about 2 weeks ago now, I would have reviewed sooner but I have been driving around in awe that it is actually mine!!! Kim was excellent and very fair through the whole process. No pressure or getting forced to make a decision. She seemed genuinely happy for me and could feel my excitement. Head down to A & A and see Kim for a great used car at a very fair price with none of the headaches of a usual car buying experience. Make sure to ask for Kim! To be fair, Brian (I think he is the manager) was great as well and helped knock out the paperwork quickly so I could hit the road.
