(January 15, 2019, 4:55 pm)My cat, Langston, managed to get into a medicine bottle and was displaying some very upsetting poisoning symptoms when I got home from work yesterday. I called the hospital in a panic, and the staff was incredibly kind. When I got there with my pet in tow, I couldn't have been more impressed by each professional with whom I interacted throughout the whole process. It was insanely busy, which did mean dealing with wait times. However, I was all the more impressed by how the staff handled this very high-volume stretch of time. Kristi at the front desk was a genuine superhero; I watched her simultaneously double-fist nonstop incoming emergency calls, complete multiple patient intakes, process my paperwork for payment, and comfort a distressed pet parent, all with deep, unwavering, and sincere sympathy. She just exuded this incredible, soothing warmth in the midst all these different, very difficult situations. That same care was evident in how the vet technician Robin and the vet herself, Dr. Raj, managed my cat's case from start to finish. I could tell they actually cared. Langston absolutely hates the vet, so their patience and investment in his well-being meant so much. I couldn't imagine a better experience when going through such a scary and unpleasant crisis.

(January 2, 2019, 1:39 am)Our pup loves Dr. McFadden! He was able to keep costs low and help ease my concerns. We were a late night visit so he and the technicians worked to make sure we had a comfortable stay and got home as quickly as possible. Thanks VCA!

(December 12, 2018, 2:50 pm)I to visit here just last night for a minor emergency with my pup, Griz. While they were very busy, they made sure we were promptly checked in and quickly evaluated. While there was a little bit of a wait time, the staff were great at keeping me informed and we were on our way after a quick trip to the back, all the better for the visit. Thanks to the evening shift!!!
