(January 8, 2019, 12:00 pm)Andre was super helpful in fixing my electrical issue quickly. He showed me what the issue was in case it happened again so I could fix it myself and even offered to dispose of a larger box I hadn't had the chance to throw out yet. Great service, very thankful!

They also never consider the work finished until I've tested it to make sure all is well, and that they've cleaned up any maintenance items/debris. Great work and Thank You!

(December 31, 2018, 12:21 am)We moved in March 2017. The change in management at that time was super positive. We enjoy the location, apartment upgrades, mini lake and recently the brand new clubhouse. Security at the front gate isn't always great with our guests but overall, we are happy. Coming up on 2 years renting and so far so good.

(December 21, 2018, 8:20 pm)I give a 5 star review to the maintenance man Andre! He is a top of the line, top flight maintenance of the world! He was in my apartment a few times the last few months and fixed everything perfectly. He didn't steal anything either!
I give the community itself a 4 star review. They have improved so much stuff since they took over the place. I LOVE the new gym. I am super bummed that the year round pools aren't even open, I was really looking forward to that. They don't do much for the landscaping after summer, there was leaves everywhere! They came through and did a mediocre job cleaning them up a few weeks ago but the area when you walk up to my apartment looks gross still ????. Other that that this is a great place to live. I've been here almost 4 years. The location is great and it's not too badly priced (this is Denver so everything is expensive, this is just reasonable and you get your own washer and dryer)
I definitely recommend moving here, and request for Andre to fix all your stuff!
