(January 11, 2019, 10:54 am)I have never used a cross country mover before, being one that doesnt stress over these kinds of things in life.I made the reservation.Moving day was hectic, I did'nt have everything packed so the team they gave me were so helpful. They helped me finish up my packing, I knew I would have more stuff then I was quoted on but living there 10 years there are things we just don't remember to put on the list. The cost went up a bit and they had enough room on the truck for all the extras I forgot to tell them about and they took care of everything. I was happy with the cost, the timing, and the guys were outstanding, it was a fun day. I will tell my family about them for they are moving where I moved as well. Thank you konami

(January 9, 2019, 12:25 pm)I used Konami Moving and Storage for my move from Palm Springs, CA to Las Vegas, NV. The crew arrived on time and were extremely helpful to make sure understood the entire process. They walked thru my home to make sure my estimate was correct. I did have a few extra items but they moved them for me. They even cleaned up all the packing mess I made I received my stuff in my new home in 3 days. They put my furniture in each room where I wanted it. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

(December 28, 2018, 4:27 pm)So this move had a couple hiccups. But the way the company handled it was top notch. I will definitely use them again.
We have a toddler, so had to carefully coordinate babysitting and nap time around the move. The movers ended up coming late (one mover was sick and they needed a last-minute sub). We rolled with that, but it did throw off the childcare planning.
But the movers themselves were very friendly and professional, and when I told the company how the move went, the customer service team was awesome.
Recommend!!
