When I arrived, I had a mask on but completely missed the sign asking customers to stay in car and call (I wouldn't have been able to call anyway, as my phone was broken.) The gentleman at the door was still very polite, and took my phone. When I came back an hour later, he was waiting and walked me through what he'd done (charge port wasn't working). He explained that he could potentially fix it but warned me that it would be expensive and gave me options that wouldn't put money in his pocket but would be cheaper for me. I tried to at least pay him for the hour he spent with the phone and he wouldn't even take that. Since I'm writing this in May, 2020, I think we all know that every one of us is under extra stress right now, but this guy was still professional, friendly, and helpful. Bravo.”

They both work tirelessly to maintain an elevated standard of living for residents in the community, and should an issue come up, be it big or small, (elevator down, power out, AC not blowing QUITE cool enough for your liking, etc.) Nick and/or Rachel are on top of it immediately. They are both so kind and have a well known presence within the building—most residents know them and their family on a first name basis.
