“I am really sad to read those bad reviews. Yes , I had some major issues but " Thank you "to Chelsea , Alvarado , Tamika , Bryan (I believe) and Hunter . They went above and beyond to respond to my email or listen to my issues when I walked to the office. Hunter is always pleasant , helpful and always make eyes contact showing that: " yes I will be right with you" . He is totally aware of what 's going on in the office especially when the office is packed like the 3 rd of the month. I don't regret signing my lease and I'll definitely renew it. I think ( Base on the bad reviews) that this team deserved a "Shout Out" because they are trying to help us with our issues and taking the time to have a chat about what we are complaining for!”
