“Our first time here and other than a long wait even with our early arrival which we expected and were warned about so no big deal. The employees were great - friendly and kind. Didn't act like they hated life like the cashiers in the actual front of the store. For those who complain about the wait, it's walk in not by appointment so for some reason you think you wouldn't have to wait? you have several options - next time go somewhere where you can schedule an actual appointment or get someone to pick you up or walk around the shopping center at Stapleton - it's huge and there are plenty of places to eat.”

“Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. She let us pull some dresses but than would pull others to help us make a decision. Autumn helped us and she was very professional. The only issue I had was after ordering it was determined that one of the dresses were discontinued so my sister had to go back to try on others. They were very apologetic and friendly when my sister went back but it was a little of annoyance especially since the rest of us lived out of state.”
