This place has helped my reactive, anxious rescue dog more than any other trainer or vet. He is finally on the right medication and using the correct techniques to make progress. The multi-disciplinary team involving a vet and a trainer provides actual solutions to put your dog in the best mindset possible. It is worth every penny to improve not only your dog's quality of life, but yours as well. I am so grateful for Dr. Sidel and Jaime for giving my Cricket the chance he deserves!

We are super grateful to have worked with the team at Behavior Vets! Dr. Sidel helped us created an integrated treatment plan to support our mini dachshund Oscar in decreasing his reactivity around people and other dogs. When we first started with Behavior Vets, Oscar would react in the moment and for hours after seeing a trigger. It was so tough for him and for all of us. Once we had a plan in place, we focused on positive reinforcement and environmental changes that helped Oscar discover that the world (with all the people and dogs in it) is actually a lot of fun. With lots of practice and support, Oscar is now able to interact with people (new and familiar) and is continuing to make huge strides with his dog pals in ways that work best for him. We are so thankful for the support from Dr. Sidel and the team and wanted to share that progress and serious success is possible!

I am beyond pleased with all the help and support given to me at behavioral vets. Dr Muhovich was the vet who completed an intake and prescribed my baby girl with medication for her anxiety and serious noise phobia. I was hesitant but after being given all the information and feeling comfortable with the team, it was easy to trust the experts and they definitely knew best! There was no judgement and only love, I didn’t feel like just a client. They are welcoming and family like, always updating and personalizing plans every step of the way. I learned so much in just 3 short months. I would say that even more than medications, working with Jaime was the best decision ever!!!! She taught me so much and she is such a joy and pleasure to have in our life! My baby met her goals so fast and I’m still in shock by all her progress!!! I couldn’t have done it alone! Jaime provided sessions in the clinic and in my home. Luna feared her and would hide behind me but by the end, Luna was so happy to see her and couldn’t stop giving kisses. I remember thinking ñ “Jaime is a dog whisperer, she’s a miracle worker “. Truly she is and she fixed Luna- not only would she teach me skills, she would give the why behind everything with detail. I’m beyond impressed by her work and the knowledge she provided me which I’ll keep forever! Thank you Jaime and the team for giving me the confidence to give my fur baby a fulfilled life. Although I’m grateful that Luna met her goals quickly and graduated from training, I’m sad to say goodbye to Jaime. Wish we can keep you forever!!! Luna and I have bonded more than ever before and I am most happy to see her playing and happy (she would run and hide from toys but as I type this, Luna wags her tail as she plays). Couldn’t be happier with your services, thank you- I highly recommend. From nereida and Luna

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Behavior Vets of CO! They are professional and beyond helpful. We adopted a dog with a number of issues and through training with Evvie and medication and check ins with Dr Sidel, we have seen such amazing progress with our pup. The personalized care and training plans were exactly what we needed and were given at a pace that we were able to work into our schedules so we could see continuous improvement. We are beyond grateful for all the help and support they have provided over the past year.

Drew has been a lifesaver helping us understand and live with our German Shepherd. He understands the breed so well and makes it very simple for us to follow his training tips and tricks. He uses super creative and personalized techniques that fit her and us well. He also recognized when we needed a little additional medical support and Dr M helped us find the right anti anxiety meds to really round out her behavior plan. I highly recommend Drew and Behavior Vets!
