(December 11, 2018, 8:10 pm)I needed serious help (and potentially) costly repairs for my 2000 Lexus LX470. Doug helped me over the phone with sound advice and I felt confident they could take care of my problem. I had a stripped spark plug that could have required the head to be removed and re-threaded. Mike was able to perform the repair with an alternative method that saved me a lot of time and money.
My car was in and out in less than a day. Runs like new!!
I was so impressed that I dropped off my other vehicle that same day. I got an honest, no nonsense estimate. They even took the time to show me areas of concern while the Jeep was up on the rack. I was able to see everything with ease.
I really appreciate that Doug and Mike took the time to show me what they could and couldn't do. They even took the time to explain what items could wait for a later date.
With Christmas right around the corner, this was helpful to keep from spending a lot of money.
I'm new to Colorado and was worried about finding a new Mechanic. I know I found the right place!!
