Laughing Lion Kratom & CBD & Kava - Castle Rock

Alexx was phenomenal in her explanation of kratom and how to use it. She made these little cards that are available at the checkout counter that helped me so much in figuring out dosing. She also talked to me about kava and explained the effects and what to look for. Her knowledge was as major help and I appreciate the time she spent talking to me about it more than I can relate.

I have very bad arthritis due to back surgery many years ago. I started using kratom 3yrs ago. Brandon introduced me to Laughing Lion about a year ago and it is the best quality I have tried. He knows his stuff. Laughing Lion will continue to have my business... Thank u Brandon!!

This review will be covering many years of experience, so please bear with me.

UPDATE: With the Black Friday sale, and the transition to the new web site I had an issue placing an order in time. For the first time EVER patronizing them I reached out to customer service. Bear in mind the error was completely on me. Crystal immediately reached out and solved it. Amazing.

I have never had an issue with Laughing Lion. Always fast shipping, always received my orders, always quality. I know that if anything does go wrong (order lost) it will be resolved quickly. I have seen reviews complaining about shipping delays. PLEASE keep in mind that Laughing Lion doesn’t own usps, FedEx, etc and they have no control over delays in the courier systems. I thought most people would be smart enough to realize that ordering after hours would mean that two day shipping would start that clock when everything is open. Apparently there are a few out there who are so self absorbed that they don’t realize things like business hours, holidays, weekends, and pandemic slow downs will impact shipping times. Or they’re just scamming for freebies.

The products are really top notch. The amount of testing, filtering and other quality control protocols are far superior to any other company I have tried. Some strains just aren’t for me, not a reflection of the company, they just aren’t for me. I don’t leave negative reviews because one particular product didn’t do it for me. I think this applies to anyone, as we all have our favorites for a reason.

Laughing Lion might be a bit more pricy, and I ask that you consider their fair trade practices (along with quality control costs). They pay the farmers a fair amount. I can feel better knowing that I’m spending a little bit more to not have the guilt of buying from a company that would include taking advantage of desperate poor people and/or slave labor in their supply chain. You can read up on those horrors on your own and hopefully choose to patronize companies like Laughing Lion that do better, while keeping prices competitive.

My first purchases were exclusively green Malay. It has always been consistent and great quality. I started branching out and trying some of their special blends. I found my favorites of those (electrobuzz and fuzzy blanket) and again they have been consistent and quality. The WOW shots are amazing. Please read the product descriptions before buying. Whining about weird tastes or whatever that were explained clearly in the product description right in front of your face reflects more poorly on the customer than the company. Laughing Lion has the most comprehensive product description and usage guides I have seen which I greatly appreciate; you will as well if you take the two minutes to actually read.

If Laughing Lion hadn’t produced Air Kratom, I wouldn’t have tried it. With my years of experience buying from this company, the quality of their products, and their innovative ideas I knew that Air Kratom was something I could try with confidence. I was not disappointed. These relatively small and unassuming canisters are easy to transport discreetly even in small pockets, and they pack a punch. They have a refreshing minty flavor. I have now tried all three varieties and can honestly say they are as advertised. Buy the Air Kratom that suits your need most. PLEASE read the instructions for use BEFORE using the product. I know I’m beating the proverbial dead horse with the reading thing so just do it.

I am finding that Air Kratom is easier for transport (I travel a lot) than bags of powdered kratom, and with 200+ sprays per canister these little things go a long way. I will still use the WOW shots (3 servings per bottle for me) and powders at home and the Air Kratom when I’m on the go. For a size reference they are about the same as an emergency inhaler without the oddly shaped bulk.

I am loving Air Kratom, the rest of my favorite products, and am proud to be a customer of the best, most ethical and innovative kratom vendor out there.

I've been purchasing kratom online (from MI) for multiple years and have received top of the line customer service everytime. They even went out of their way to let me know I have a ton of points I can use towards future purchases! I've tried quite a few brands of kratom and theirs is by far the best quality 👌. I've never had any issues in the 4 years I've been ordering from them. If I'm ever in Colorado I plan on making it a priority to check out their shop in person. AND they just dropped prices significantly to fight inflation! How cool! Love this place.
