(August 17, 2018, 7:41 pm)These people are AMAZING!! My husband was driving to work (he commutes to Denver), and he broke down in castle rock. The dealership we bought my car from sold us a car with significant amounts of damage in the engine, so the engine seized. My husband was towed to this place. Rick looked at the car and unfortunately it needed a new engine. They fixed it fast (I also was kinda a pain in the butt cause I got anxious about not having a car) but Tanya was always nice and gave me updates and sent me pictures of what the damaged engine looked like so we can fight the dealership.
Fast forward to yesterday. The engine started overheating, so I immediately pulled over. Luckily I caught it well before it became toast. I frantically called Tanya and she calmed me down and helped me out with what I could do and what it could be. Rick was nice enough to drive down here (we live in Colorado Springs) and look at the car. He also fixed it free of charge. A hose had come off of the radiator, and it was pouring coolant out.
I have so much respect for someone who would commute down here, admit they made a mistake, and rectify it with no questions asked. That's HUGE to me, especially after our experience with that dealership who tried to tell us that we broke the car we've owned for 3 months.
HIGHLY recommend these guys. They are truly the best. -

I didn't believe him and my dad took his vehicle to Rick to get a second opinion. Just like I thought, there was nothing wrong with the alternator that a new battery couldn't solve. Thanks, Rick, for your integrity.
