The pool is back open since last week, FINALLY. But sadly now I gotta wait till next summer to enjoy it. It’s too cold now.

The staff was friendly and hopeful. Quiet and clean hotel. They have some areas that are improving. The beds are full-size. My husband and I are not big people and it was a little uncomfortable to sleep. Besides that the rooms are spacious. Very well kept. The pool was opened. Less than 10 minutes away from the Metlife Stadium and the American Dream mall.

I wasn't sure how it'd go based on the other reviews but I had an excellent time. Sure staff could've smiled more but they were helpful and had no problems, I think its more regional than anything. Our room was huge and the parking was free and felt very safe. Everything was pristine and the beds were very comfortable. Booked on Wyndham for double points and got the accessible room with 2 full beds but the beds were big enough for 2 people comfortably. Don't let poor reviews scare you, it was really nice.

Great location. Good rooms. Well taken care of. Good breakfast. Parking is limited in front of hotel. But next door restaurant parking is considered in premises.
Hiring needs to be reviewed in this place. One of the ladies at front desk probably hates her life. Doesn't talk, smile, or answer questions unless you keep asking.
One of the custodian team in Cafeteria for breakfast tried to talk to me out of taking picture of food. I'm not sure why, because he didn't know English. He only had a very unpleasant face and wanted me to avoid using phone for a photo. I stopped. But again, customers want to see smiling faces, nice service. Good name hotel, nice location, bad employee choices.

Solar has been nothing short of wonderful! We’ve taken two of our vehicles here for several months. At one point we had a bit of a hiccup with a missed repair during an inspection and the owner, Grant, didn’t bat an eye at making it right, quickly!

During all of our encounters, everyone, especially Marty, has always taken the time to answer all of my questions and treated me like a human - being a woman, this treatment is not as common as it should be with auto repair shops!

I would definitely recommend Solar to anyone looking for an honest, high quality service!

It was a Saturday evening and our car wouldn't move at all. We were stuck on the side of the road about 15 miles from home. It ended up being the Transmission. We called a tow truck and they asked where to take it to. I've been to a few different shops in Castle Rock but the only one that I had faith in was Solar Automotive. I had no way to contact them and let them know that it was coming since it was in the evening. The tow truck dropped it off and I left the keys and a brief explanation of what was going on in their night drop box. Monday morning they called and said they would let me know what the issue was. The called later and said that the transmission was shot. It was a CVT that is known for issues. Solar handled ALL of the leg work and arrangements through the extended warranty company and had the vehicle back to me with a new transmission in less than a weeks time. This shop will continue to get my business due to their ability to take something that seemed so bad, and turn it into a process that I didn't have to worry about at all. They are extremely honest, up front, professional and caring with their customers. It's a breath of fresh air to know I have a shop to take vehicles to and not have to worry about being taken to the cleaners.

Solar Automotive is great, always a pleasure to talk to and get work done by. They give an honest opinion about what's going on with your car, they dont try to pull a fast one on you. They were so professional, quick & knowledgeable that they have become my new mechanic for my Lexus! I really appreciated the explanation of mileage sticker & the snacks. I also found it fantastic that they didn't demean me as a woman & they didn't leave a speck of oil on my vehicle like other shops have!
