upTOP Overland

I ordered a Bravo rack for my 4runner. When I was putting it together, I mistakenly used the incorrect torque settings and rounded off a few of the bolt heads despite Uptop Overland's very clear instructions (I was being a dummy). They kindly sent me replacement hardware free of charge and quickly got me back on my way. Outstanding customer service.

The rack is now installed and I absolutely love it so far. This company builds a great product. I will be a returning customer.

Excellent Product, Made in the USA. Though I have been most impressed by customer service and response time. With most companies you wait 2-3 days or longer to hear back not the case with upTOP. I would unequivocally recommend you buy from them. Also wanted to call out dude that gave them a 1 star review for not doing his homework…. Seriously!!! Yes it does take a little work to install but the result is worth it.

After doing lot of researched. I finally got what I always wanted to do for my entire life. Cory hooked me up with a Uptop Overland Bravo Roof Rack for my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. I absolutely love it. Super light and didn't affected my gas mileage. Also windnoise is quiet as u expected. I recommended for anyone who's looking to purchased the roof rack for their Toyota. Highly recommend! Things are really expensive nowadays and saving up for cool toys can be a drag. That being said, with what I have purchased from upTOP, so far, and the customer service I received on many occasions, I have that "take my money!" feeling. And that really makes it worth it to go through the long saving-up process.
I'm really happy with the products I've been receiving. The painted portion of the roof rack matches my car so impressively, especially for a company making racks for so many different vehicles.
I have been treated so well, it's like I'm there in the workshop. If you get their wire harness, they'll talk to you one-on-one to go over fine details. If you have delivery issues, there is a team of people that keep in communication and make sure you know where the process is at. They call you, to reach out and see if you have questions about options or need tips or guidance on installation. It's rare to get this amount of attention from a purchase(s) made over the internet.
I sincerely hope this company keeps growing and succeeding because if all their customers get the same experience I've had, they could build an empire. I do wish they made more stuff, because I would buy it and it would be worth every penny!
And no, they don't sell Kool-aid.

I’ve had the bravo rack on my Tacoma for almost a year now and I can’t express how good this thing is. Wind noise none, rattling none, badass yes! When I was looking at roof racks last year I checked out all the brands and I couldn’t have made a better decision. I went wheeling and had to use m high-lift Jack, while doing so I lost the mount for it. I figured that it would be a hassle getting another one but not at all. Within an hour of me sending an email they were already to ship them out. Best customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. The only thing I can suggest is either making a tool that comes with the rack to punch the holes through the weather striping or a disposable punch so you could get 4 of them and you would use one for each hole. Other than that I would never buy another company’s roof racks/ bed racks. Keep up the great work guys!!!
