(February 18, 2019, 8:19 pm)Jon was amazing! He went above and beyond normal customer service. He drove over 80 miles round trip to get me my device I wanted for my birthday. He made my birthday special! Go see Jon at the store in the Castle Rock location across from the outlet mall. Everyone there gives great customer service but Jon is extra special! The store manager Brad has exceptional customer service and he has an amazing team!
