  Great experience at the service center. Susan was very helpful! My car had been diagnosed at another mechanic and they weren’t able to fix the problem. I took my car to this service center and they were able to quickly figure out what the problem was and address it. My favorite part was that I didn’t feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me for everything. They tried other tests and methods to figure out the problem so that I wasn’t getting charged for things that I didn’t need. I will definitely be going back to them for future repairs!

  Had an online chat with this dealership when I couldn't use the online service scheduler. Was calling to arrange repair for a safety recall on my 2012 F150. Gave them all my information and was told a service agent would call me back... That was more than two weeks ago and I have never heard from them.
  
  Received several calls from the dealership after my initial post apologizing for my experience. Got my recall completed in short order. Once I was in the dealership I was treated to exceptional customer service. I will skip online in the future and talk with a real person.

  I had the best car purchase experience I have ever had here. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was truly lucky to have been helped by Chris in sales and Kevin Koritza in finance. Chris is probably the kindest salesman I have ever met. He truly just wants to help you get into the car of your dreams. Kevin knew how important it was to stay within my budget, so he worked hard ensured I left comfortable with my payment! He truly went above and beyond! He is extremely knowledgeable in his area and took time to answer any question and ensured I completely understood everything the purchase entailed. He wasn’t pushy or degrading. I would recommend asking for them by name!!

  Medved Ford exceeded my expectations in terms of promptness and thoroughness of service. The service rep. showed me the rear differential pinion seal was leaking and could be repaired under warranty. I was not pressured in any way. Very professional. I decided to have the seal replaced in the next few days.
