Medved Chevrolet Service

I've had 2 trucks with Medved and can't thank these folks enough. They've always communicated updates and have also returned my vehicles early or on-time. They'll always work on my trucks!

Took a 2017 Acadia here to have some warranty work done, one of them being that there was a gap between the grill and the hood. I figured it was something to do with the grill being plastic and the hood being metal. Maybe it warped? No problem, they fixed it and my wife went in and picked it up. It has probably been a week or so since she picked it up and I was just able to check it out. Yikes, now the hood is bent down and the paint is cracked, looks as if whomever installed the grill was pushing on it pretty hard to get it in place. I call the dealer ready to hear "well it wasn't like that when we fixed it" line. So not the case, I spoke with Patrick the Service manager right away on the phone and he said to bring it down. I do, he takes a look and says we are going to fix this for you. It's not everyday that a service department goes over and above to make sure the customer is taken care of or own up to a mistake but in this case they did just that! I have always had a great experience at this place which is why I continue to come back. Thank you Patrick for doing what is right!!

Tim, the service representative, provided excellent service. The service department in Castle Rock performed three maintenance functions for a very reasonable price.
