Brad was wonderful! Professional. Knowledgeable. Trustworthy. He gave his honest, expert advice. He did many smell tests (nose to the floor) as we walked through the house and discussed the different issues. He offered different cleaning options. He used shields on the corners of the walls so the hoses didn’t damage the walls. He wore booties over his shoes.

Cleaning (area rug, pet odor on traditional carpet, makeup stains on traditional carpet, and carpet tiles on concrete):

Brad was able to work a miracle and remove black makeup from three locations. We thought we were destined to replace carpet, but thanks to his excellent service, we can postpone that expense.

Brad cleaned a dull, stale-smelling white area rug and now it is bright and fresh smelling.

He tackled a small office space that had pet odors. He spent a lot of time on this space. Wow! We are so happy with the look and smell of the carpet in the office. Pet odors are GONE.

Brad cleaned and refreshed the basement tile carpet. Looks and smells awesome!

The bedrooms, hallways, and stairs all look refreshed, feel soft, and smell fresh!

We are a family of six humans, with two cats and one dog. Not an easy customer! But Brad did an amazing job! We highly recommend him! He is a miracle worker!

Brad and his teammate Dale were prompt, priced fairly and very professional. This is the second time I’ve used their services and have not been disappointed at all. In fact the opposite is true! They are much better with attention to detail and listening to the customers concerns than Stanley Steemer has ever been.

First I gotta say that this company is top notch. Our carpets were pretty dirty due to having an active toddler. They came in, did a great assessment, described what could be done, and over delivered! We used Stanley Steamer before and they are no where near close to the quality and pricing. In fact the price was considerably lower than Stanley Steamer. Please give them a call we won't be using anyone else but Castle Rock Carpet Care. Great service and experience.
