Jan is phenomenal.., great customer service and he deserves a big fat raise! I love this guy… 10 more like him is what you need!

Nice place. A little cramped. Could use some dollys to help tenants move their stuff. They do offer a lock as part of the welcome package, which I've never seen before. They're the really good ones too.

I have been around to different places to see what there rates were. I went there to see what there was. Jan was real helpful and told me to go on line. None of these other places told me to go on line.so I went home checked his and other place out. Yes i found one that was a little cheaper. I went with them because he was helpful, polite and caring. These other places didnt care if i rented from them or not.I was able to save some money by doing it on line. Ty Jan for helping me out today....

We needed a storage spot for our RV. Although there wasn't a spot available at this location, they called another Life Storage location and helped a secure a spot there! Not only did they help us find a storage location, but they also helped us back up our RV (as we are new RV owners) as we weren't able to do it ourselves! Great place, helpful people! Highly recommend!

This is my first time ever having to rent a storage unit and honestly, I am so glad that I chose Life Storage. This arrangement was last minute because my new home is facing delays since it is a new property. Jan was absolutely wonderful. He even took the time to survey the amount and size of the items I needed to store and helped me find the perfect unit. He goes above and beyond for his customers, he explains everything in detail and strives to make sure all of his customers are happy. This facility is also very secure and well kept. I would highly recommend Life Storage to anyone. Jan makes you feel like family and his customer service is wonderful.
