  A year and half after giving birth to my (now almost 2-year old) son, I was constantly struggling with my self-image, lack of confidence, and unhappiness with the weight I had gained during my pregnancy. I just couldn't seem to shed any of the weight. I began to feel hopeless, and the sight of myself in the mirror was always discouraging. In Summer of 2018, I was fortunate enough to receive the gift of several free personal training sessions with Shante Lamping for my birthday. I made the commitment to spend a couple early mornings with her a week. I have never been a "Morning" person, and this was quite the task. Little did I know, this was the beginning of a lifelong journey towards a healthier Me! Since ending my time at RockStar Fitness, I have been able to establish a consistent exercise regimen, and have become acutely aware of the nutrition choices I make daily. From May 2018 to October 2018, I have lost 40 pounds, and I am back at my pre-baby weight. While the decision to make healthy choices--both physically and nutritionally, is (and always will be) a constant battle, I feel confident as ever to be able to make the best choices for me. Shante and all the staff at RockStar Fitness are very professional, and the environment was more than welcoming. I appreciate the work they do, and I am curious if they realize just how much of an impact they are making in the lives of the individuals who have been so blessed to engage with them.   Cameron is extremely knowledgeable and always learning more to best serve his clients. He customized the perfect first session AND he has great jokes! Thanks, Cameron!!

  Highly recommend! I began training to improve my posture, flexibility, muscle tone, and my overall health, and I have seen results on all fronts! The staff is exceptional and kind. My trainer develops workouts personalized to me with my skill level and my goals in mind. So much better than a generic gym membership! I would recommend to anyone of any age seeking to better their health!

  Cameron the owner and lead trainer is phenomenal. He was able to identify what was causing my issues and create a program to help get me feeling great. The facility is top notch and very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

  These guys are awesome, I went there after another trainer really jacked up my back. Shayne got me back to healthy and beyond. Highly, highly recommend them. Larry J
