  My washer stopped spinning and had standing water in the bottom. Called Best Service Company and Monty was very polite and thorough. He quickly assessed the problem and had my washer up and running in no time. Price was fair. Only complaint- the earliest they could schedule an appt was 5 days after I called. However, I called Sears first and they couldn't come for 2 weeks! Would definitely recommend Best Service Company for washer repairs.

  I wanted to use a small business instead of using Sears. Best Service made room for me the next day which matched Sears' time frame. Best Service gives you a two hour window opposed to a 1/2 day window as Sears does. The repair person even showed me how to repair to washer so I know how to fix it next time the pump fails. I'll definitely use Best Service for any item which needs repair in the future.

  Professional, Knowledgeable, and Friendly. I was comfortable with Chris from the moment he walked into the house. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue with the cook top and thoroughly explained everything to me. I now know who to call the next time I need an appliance repaired!

  I appreciated that the repair person could come to my home the following day. I appreciated his thorough approach to identifying the problem. I also appreciated his courtesy and cleanliness on the job site. Five stars. I'll definitely call again if I have an appliance problem.
