It was an hassle free experience from start to end when I went for a blood work today. The staffs were very friendly and kind. Most other labcorp around this area had bad reviews and so drove up to this one (better reviews) and it was worth the 30 min drive...

walked right in with an appointment and was finished in a few minutes. Very pleasant staff and best of all for all the tests, blood and urine, they did the cash price was only $70! When I had blood drawn at UC health where I get primary care they charged upwards of $1000, unbelievable, so since that one time at UC I always now go to Labcorp and this location was especially good.

Highly recommend. My experience was 5 star based on ease, professional courtesy, and efficiency here. Staff was excellent!

Visit Purpose: Routine bloodwork.

Absolutely blown away on how Labcorp has implemented technology into their operations.

* Check In Machine: Remember the first generation of touchpad check ins that did not work well - freezing, typing issues, etc? Their new check in kiosk works flawless. Additionally (and the coolest thing) is that you put your Drivers License down for a scan and then your insurance card down for a scan. You then check the info and you are done!

Wait time: Two minutes after checking in, I was seated and blood was being drawn.

I wish I could give the staff at this location 10 stars! They are wonderful and worked with me to have a COVID safe experience and fully understanding of my individual risk as well as the risk of bringing something home to my family. They were so incredibly gracious and made sure I was safe and also felt safe to get my blood drawn. Extra kudos to Shelly for coordination, and Alexis for a super easy and painless draw. Even though my doctor prefers I go in-house these days, I will continue to use Labcorp and this location because of the excellent service provided by their staff.
