The gentleman at the counter was both friendly and knowledgeable. He offered to inspect my current laptop for free and answered all my questions about purchasing a new (refurbished) laptop. I left happy and the laptop is working out great.

They sell good quality used business class laptops. That means higher end laptops with metal frames, replaceable parts, most can use docking stations, not the cheap plastic junk Walmart sells. I ran into a minor issue with the power supply on the last one I bought there and the owner took care of me immediately, no questions asked. He will be getting more of my money when I need get another one.

I had my laptop fixed at Rocky Mountain Laptops back in February of 2013 and I have to say, this place is excellent! I took my laptop in, dropped it off, received a diagnostic report the next day and received my laptop promptly within a week after I had dropped it off; timeliness is very important to since I'm a college student and I can't afford to not have my laptop for more than a couple of days. The pricing was great, less than what I had expected, certainly less than having to buy a new laptop! My laptop runs great now, even better than when I first purchased it! I'm extremely happy that I chose to go with Rocky Mountain Laptops.
