Excellent moving service…everybody was courteous and whenever I called they answered all of my questions and they were very patient with me.This is very rare indeed and goes to the credibility of the movers representing the company during the loading process. I enjoyed working with these guys from the time they arrived, to the time they finished unloading the truck.
We used this relocation service to move my family when I was transferring for work. My moving coordinator, Chris, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely thorough when answering any questions I had. This really put a lot of our worries with the big move to rest.
I'm going to give these guys five stars because they deserve it. I don't normally give five starts, but the care that Larry, Bell, and John gave my stuff was beyond compare. To be honest, I wasn't sure about Highlands Ranch Movers because of the mix reviews. I got several quotes and after speaking with Owens, I got a good feeling and decided to go with Highlands Ranch Movers. John was the driver and handled all the paper work swiftly, he was polite, careful and hardworking. Larry, was funny and worked hard and took good care of my furniture! Bell not only worked hard, he was careful and very thoughtful. Bell, also took the time and care to put my bed together. He basically had to put pieces together that other movers took apart and should not have. Now, aside form all the hard work and thoughtfulness these guys worked in the pouring rain! They did not complain, They did not rush and throw my stuff around. On another note, the quote I was given to do the move came out to be cheaper than originally quoted. These guys rocked! I would not only used them again, but I would recommend them to anyone.
I used these guys to move my house into the storage a few weeks ago. They were great - fast, professional and friendly. I was especially pleased with how easily they handled my last minute request to change my moving date. I had such a great experience I used them to move me into my new house. Great job. They even finished in under the minimum time.
