I’d recommend this credit union to anyone looking for a loan at best interest rate. I applied online one evening and by early afternoon the next day a gentleman by the name of Donovan reached out to follow up and assist with me the loan. He told what documents he needed from which I sent right over and by 9am the next day he was calling me back to tell me the loan was approved and gave a couple of options for me to choose what was right for me. In speaking with him I knew he had my best interest in mind and was very knowledgeable and informative of my different options. I have been a Red Rocks CU member for a long time, but I just recently applied for an auto loan through them and Donovan was so incredibly helpful. He was straightforward and honest about parts of the car buying experience that no one else in the car industry wanted to share with me.
